2013 Dacia Duster costs from £8995

Renault has revealed that the Dacia Duster compact SUV will cost from £8,995 in the UK for the 2WD version.  Renault threatened that the Dacia brand’s arrival in the UK – and in particular the Dacia Duster SUV – would offer ”Shockingly Affordable Prices’. And they’re not wrong. We thought the Dacia SUV would dip under £10k, but Renault has priced the new Duster in its basic form - admittedly with FWD – at just £8,995.

This is the Lexus LF-NX concept SUV. It’s a BMW X3-sized crossover that’ll sport hybrid power and entice would-be Lexus buyers who don’t need a car as big as the RX hybrid SUV. The 919 Hybrid was unveiled this morning at the 2014 Geneva motor show – and a switch from Red Bull Racing to Porsche means this is also Mark Webber’s new company car. You’d be safe taking a punt and guessing it’s not a diesel engine like arch-rivals Audi, but it’s not a naturally aspirated V8 petrol like the one that’ll feature in the new Toyota TS040 either.
